For mushers who are planning to register for a 2026 race and haven’t yet, this is a friendly reminder that race entry fees increase on January 1. Mushers have until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31 to register at the current entry amounts.

The UP200 is proud to offer scholarships for new racers interested in participating in the 2025 Dryland Dash. If the Dryland Dash will be your first race and you hail from Michigan's Upper Peninsula (NMU, Tech and LSSU students welcome!), we encourage you to apply. Scholarships will cover costs and fees for participation in the Dryland Dash scheduled for October 11th and 12th, 2025
